Description of Duties

• Review and learn with the senior service technician the scope of each project.
• Assist in planning each repair.
• Assist in conducting minor to moderate roofing, siding, and exterior carpentry repairs.
• Follow the direction of senior service technicians.
• Follow OSHA safety standards.
• Monitor material usage, minimize waste, anticipate shortages, and return of material overages for proper credit.
• Provide great communication with customers, suppliers, and teammates to ensure projects run efficiently, to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Skills & Requirements

• Ability to safely carry, set, and climb extension ladders.
• Capability to comfortably work, move, and stand at various heights including on ladders and sloped roofs.
• Ability to carry various construction materials including 4xs8 sheets of plywood and a bundle of shingles.
• Ability to carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Good communication skills
• People friendly with the ability to easily meet new people.

• $16 to $19 per hour.

Location and Schedule:
This person will spend approximately 95% of their time in the field working alongside our senior repairman and approximately 5% of their time in the office for meetings and project reviews.

Scheduled Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00-5:00
May include some occasional time on Saturday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
